About the role
The Nurse Manager provides leadership and management of staff, services, and resources to ensure delivery of safe, effective and quality nursing and midwifery care.

Our nursing team is critical in our vision to build healthier rural people and thriving communities. Our nurse managers make sure we deliver on our promise by creating safe, healthy environments that support the work of the health care team and contribute to patient engagement.

This is a Grade 2 position so is suited to an experienced nurse who wants to take the next step in their management career. You will have extensive post registration nursing experience and relevant post-graduate qualifications in management (or willingness to commence within 12 months of appointment). We commit to supporting you in an inclusive, collaborative and caring team environment and will help you develop the skills you need to reach your potential.
