About the role

Coraki Health One is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Community Health team. NorthernNSW Community Nursing Service is an integral part of the total health care delivery system, providing nursing care to people in the community setting. Community nursing staff work closely with each client, their carer, General Practitioner and other relevant service providers to develop a plan that meets the client's care needs.
