- You will be a people person with great communication and interpersonal skills and a drive to improve practice and the skillset and professional development of yourself and others.
- You will have an understanding of the operational aspects of hospital pharmacy service delivery and the factors influencing that and demonstrated experience in managing dispensary services
- You meet the award criteria for appointment at Grade 3 (This role requires a professional portfolio to be submitted as evidence for claims against selection criteria)
- You have an excellent understanding of PBS dispensing and in particular the S100 dispensing
- You have demonstrated strong leadership, management and analytical skills and experience in managing people.
Requirements:
- Proof of eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration agency with relevantpost-graduate qualifications.
- Significant experience working within a hospital environment.
