Lameroo Hospital is seeking a dynamic Nurse Unit Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team in A&E, Acute Care, and Aged Care settings. About the Role:

As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care, coordinating nursing and multi-disciplinary team activities, and ensuring the continuity and quality of patient outcomes. Your leadership will guide and support the team, providing mentorship to less experienced staff, promoting a positive work culture, and fostering a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment.

With your expert clinical knowledge and strong leadership abilities, you'll manage patient care delivery across various services, contributing to improved outcomes and enhanced patient flow.   • Lead and coordinate patient care delivery, ensuring high standards and continuity across units.

Essential Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse or Midwife with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Hold a current practicing certificate
  • At least 3 years post-registration experience
