Ryde Hospital is having an incredible $479 million complete hospital redevelopment that will transform the delivery of healthcare for the Ryde local community.
The Ryde Hospital Redevelopment will result in new health facilities and enhanced services including emergency, ICU/critical care, inpatient units, outpatient/ambulatory care services and much more.
Construction commenced in early 2023, and will provide you with a wonderful and exciting opportunity to be part of the Ryde team to change the future health services for the Ryde Community completely.
What you'll be doing
The Pharmacy Manager manages the staff and operations of the Ryde Hospital Pharmacy Department to ensure effective and safe pharmacy services are provided to the Ryde Hospital inpatient and outpatient services. This includes responsibilities for the department’s financial, human and physical resources.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
- Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy practice.
- Effective organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks in order to deliver safe and efficient patient services within a complex and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in promoting safety, quality improvement and best practice.
