What you'll be doing
This role involves providing essential nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing to quality health outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recognising and responding to client health variations and escalating concerns.
  • Assisting with daily living activities to support client independence.
  • Documenting care and adhering to organisational protocols.
  • Supporting team goals and maintaining effective communication.
  • Practising within NSW Health policies and ensuring high hygiene standards.

Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA

Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
  2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
  3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
  4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
  5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  6. Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
