About
Us
We are a
40-bed Rehabilitation and Subacute Medicine Unit, providing
inpatient Rehabilitation involving therapy, clinical care, and
services for patients primarily over the age of 65
years.
The
Opportunity
Our team
provides a multi-disciplinary approach to patient’s
post-surgery, de-conditioning post-medical illness, cardiac,
pulmonary, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neurological
conditions.
We are
seeking Enrolled Nurses to work within a dynamic nursing team to
care for Rehab and subacute patients. The work is varied and
exposure to differing clinical conditions, will allow for multiple
opportunities to learn and enhance your clinical skills.
Suitable
candidates may also be considered for opportunities across Armadale
and Kalamunda, including Surgical, Palliative Care and Medical
wards.
About
You
- AHPRA
Registered
- Medication and IV
competent nurses, with at least six months experience working
in a hospital environment as an Enrolled Nurse; Advanced
skilled Enrolled Nurses or applicants aspiring to acquire
Advances Skill, will be given preference.
- Good
communication and an ability to work with a team is
essential.
