About the role
The Senior Speech Pathologist - Virtual is an integral member of the multidisciplinary Virtual Allied Health Service (vAHS), providing an essential Speech Pathology Service to WNSWLHD’s Residential Aged Care Facilities. This position works in collaboration with face-to-face and virtual services to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care to rural and remote Health Facilities and communities, virtually.
The Senior Speech Pathology position sits within the Western Virtual Division, as part of a large multidisciplinary team. This is a highly collaborative team that continually strives to provide comprehensive patient-focused care with multi-disciplinary teams physically located across the LHD. The right person will be able to work independently to provide clinical leadership and high-level expertise to proactively improve care for people residing in WNSWLHD’s aged care facilities.
