Nurse Practitioner

Corporate Services, Capital Projects and Planning is looking for a Project Manager / Clinical Advisor to join their team. The purpose of this role is to provides clinical insight, project and stakeholder management to support Princess Alexandra Hospital Corporate Services in achieving high quality outcomes. This position manages capital projects, conducts innovation through the application of best practice and Australian Standards.

About the Role

  • Evaluates evidence-based practice to identify opportunities for integration into projects aligned with best practice standards.
  • Manages small to large scale projects and has a proven ability to achieve outcomes within agreed timeframes.
  • Ability to coordinate small to large collaborative sessions to achieve stakeholder goals.
  • Project coordination for capital projects, facility upgrade projects and minor PAH projects with understanding of processes involved in clinical service delivery within a hospital environment.
  • Proven highly developed broad communication, interpersonal skills and change management skills, including the ability to negotiate outcomes with all levels of staff.
