• We are currently seeking an Registered Nurse (Grade 5) for a contract position at a Multi-Purpose Health Service in Queensland.
• Dates: 03/03/2025 to 30/03/2025

Mandatory Requirements

• Rural nursing and emergency experience 
• Triage experience 
• Knowledge of ieMR and proficiency in using this system

Desirable Experience

• Paediatric life support
• Experience in imminent birthing

Mandatory Competencies

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK)
• Manual and patient handling
• Infection control
• Aggressive behaviour management
• Mandatory reporting for suspicions of child abuse and neglect 
• Medications management, including QPHS (Drugs and Poisons) Regulations 2012
• Proof of vaccines/immunity as per QLD Health
