Additional information
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology with eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Extensive post graduate clinical experience with demonstrated advanced clinical practice and reasoning skills within rehabilitation, brain injury, cerebral palsy and/or related neurological disorders within paediatric and/or adult populations.
- An ability to work autonomously while managing busy and complex client groups within a multidisciplinary service.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing quality improvement and service evaluation processes, including the use of evidence-based practice, to assist and provide guidance to service managers.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication including well developed information technology skills within a clinical environment.
- Experience providing clinical education, training and supervision to junior therapists, external agencies and other groups.
