A Northern VIC hospital requires a Specialist in Internal Medicine from 27/02/2025 to 28/03/2025.

Thursday 27th February 2025 0800 to Friday 28th February 2025 8am
Thursday 13th March 2025 0800 to Friday 14th March 2025 8am
Thursday 27th March 2025 0800 to Friday 28th March 2025 8am

Specific roles and responsibilities for the locum will include:
1. Provision of on-call cardiology services for phone advice
2. On-call and recall capability for interventional cardiology services, including but not limited to STEMI and PCI, IABP, TPW, and pericardiocentesis.
3. Morning ward service/round on acutely unwell patients requiring consultant-level decision making
4. Cath lab angiograms
5. Other duties as required
The position will be completely supported by a cardiology registrar.
