Permanent Part-Time appointment.
What
is our Clinical Midwife role?
This role provides clinical
and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based
midwifery care is delivered to patients accessing care in our
Pregnancy Choices and Abortion Care service, in accordance with the
ANMC Competency Standards for Midwives, the Code of Ethics and
professional conduct for midwives. Midwives will work as part of a
collaborative team with medical and allied health practitioners
with the emphasis on the provision of safe, effective care which is
culturally sensitive and meets the needs of individual women in
line with the NMHS Vision, Mission and Values.
We are looking for suitably
qualified, highly motivated and patient oriented individuals with
appropriate knowledge and experience to join our amazing team at
WNHS King Edward Memorial Hospital. Midwives with advanced clinical
knowledge and proven leadership skills with a health care team.
High levels of interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are
essential to this role.

process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may
