This is a recruitment pool for a Permanent or Fixed Term Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual Appointments. Fixed Term appointments have the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur until 31 May 2026. 

What is our Surveillance and Access Officer role?

We are looking for suitably qualified, highly motivated individuals with appropriate knowledge and experience to join our amazing Security team at North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS).

This role provides surveillance and access control for the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) through the administration and monitoring of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), access control and alarm systems.
Downloads and compiles CCTV footage for internal and external stakeholders as directed. Provides instructions to stakeholders regarding applicable access control user levels; develops, prints and distributes access control cards to NMHS staff and other stakeholders as required.
