Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care under the direction of Registered Nurses/Midwives, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Assist with assessment, care planning, and the delivery of person-centred care in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Prioritise care needs and recognise changes in patient conditions, reporting to the supervising nurse.
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industrial agreements, and ethical standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage a diverse caseload.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on patient care and professional standards.
  • Knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse’s role and understanding of relevant nursing standards and legislation.
