As a physiotherapist in ITACS you will:
· Deliver goal-oriented, time limited therapy in the client’s homes.
· Provide expert guidance to support decisions around long-term care and services.
· Conduct discipline specific assessments, discharge planning and therapeutic interventions to enhance physical function, mobility and daily living skills.
· Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality care and achieve optimal health outcomes for clients and their carers.
