About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team at CAFHS as an Administration Coordinator. The role encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative functions to support client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working cooperatively to ensure a consistent and streamlined approach in the delivery of administrative services that is consistent with corporate procedures and SA Health policies
  • Ensuring that administrative staff in their team understand their role and the standards expected, and will provide ongoing feedback, improvement, support and training

The Child and Family Health Service is a free statewide service that supports parents and families of children from birth to five years of age, who live across metropolitan, regional and rural areas in South Australia.

With over 100 clinics across South Australia, CaFHS helps parents and families to understand their child’s health, development, and wellbeing needs, which can include breastfeeding, sleeping, settling, introducing solids, parenting and play and development. Each year, CaFHS provides over 75,000 family consultations via in clinic or at home appointments, telehealth (phone) or virtually.
