About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our Black Swan Health Street Doctor mobile medical service. The Street Doctor is a crucial service run by Black Swan Health that is dedicated to enhancing health outcomes for individuals facing disadvantage and marginalisation in the community.
Our RACGP-accredited Street Doctor service is delivered by General Practitioners, with the support of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Outreach Workers, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of healthcare.
Black Swan Health’s Street Doctor clinics operate in a variety of diverse locations throughout the north and south metropolitan areas, including Fremantle, Scarborough, and other northern river locations.
The successful candidate will:
· Join a team of dedicated, passionate, and skilled health professionals who share your values.
· Collaborate with a Registered Nurse and Outreach Worker at every clinic.
· Conduct clinics from our specially designed vehicle at various locations.
· Experience a diverse and engaging range of cases.
· Hold the necessary tertiary qualification and be a member of the relevant professional body (AHPRA).
· Have a current fellowship with RACGP/ACRRM or possess VR recognition.
· Maintain an active Medicare Provider number or be eligible to apply for one.
