About You

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and be passionate about supporting patients, families, and carers through life’s challenges.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant Qualifications & Registration – A recognised degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills – Experience in psycho-social assessment, counselling, and intervention, with the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Commitment to Best Practice – A proactive approach to quality improvement, research, and evidence-based service delivery.
  • Collaboration & Advocacy – Ability to engage with patients, families, and community resources to achieve the best possible outcomes.
