- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience and post graduate qualifications in the relevant field or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
- Accredited person or willingness to be upskilled.
- Demonstrated superior MH knowledge and exception assessment skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and also to work collaboratively with clients, carers, the multidisciplinary team and services across the continuum.
- Demonstrated communication skills and proven ability to implement change across a multidisciplinary team using an evidence based and a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, conduct and evaluate education sessions for the health workforce.
- Ability to participate in a seven-day rotating roster including public holidays and night duties when required.
- Current NSW driver's license and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes.
