A broad knowledge of general paediatric nursing care is preferred and excellent interpersonal and communication skills that can accommodate both child and family is a must have. We host plenty of L&D opportunities for growth and development in this specialised area to support your career progression.
Two days are never the same so expect to fine tune your distraction skills, shape up your playfulness and get ready to enjoy your shift in an area like no other, all whilst ending the day making a difference for a little person and their family.
Our nurses receive funded FLEC courses, 5 paid study days a year, and access to training or refresher courses all year round. No matter where you choose to work, you’ll have the full support at your fingertips.
