What you'll be doing
This Registered Nurse role focuses on delivering person-centred, evidence-based care to achieve positive health outcomes. The position involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Your responsibilities will also include:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual needs.
• Assessesing, plans, implements, and evaluates care.
• Utilising evidence-informed practices to improve health outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Promoting high standards of person-centred care.

Essential Criteria:

• Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

1. Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD
2. Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
3. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
4. Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems
