What you'll be doing
This Registered Nurse role focuses on delivering person-centred, evidence-based care to achieve positive health outcomes. The position involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual needs.
- Assessesing, plans, implements, and evaluates care.
- Utilising evidence-informed practices to improve health outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Promoting high standards of person-centred care.

Essential Criteria:
- Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD
- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems
