Selection Criteria
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia. Applicants must have Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or recognition as a specialist by the Medical Board of Australia with appropriate experience to practice as a Senior Medical Practitioner in Paediatrics. Applicants expecting to be awarded their fellowship within 3 months may be considered.

- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, communication and team building skills.
- Evidence of and commitment to lead and work within a multidisciplinary team environment in acute paediatrics.
- Evidence of and commitment to medical education and supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
- Subspecialty Interest/Experience to complement skills of existing department staff.
- Demonstrated current clinical practice of a high standard and ability to adapt clinical practice in accordance with contemporary evidence based best practice.
