• Registered Nurse with Emergency experience needed for Sarina Hospital, Queensland
• 17.02.25 start to 09.03.25

Mandatory Experience

• Rural nurse able to work in rural include Emergency and competent with Advanced Life Support and Paediatric Advanced Life Support
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) Mandatory
• Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Mandatory
• Triage
• Resuscitation

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of ieMR and proficiency in using this system
• Previous experience working in Australia, QLD Health and/or Mackay HHS

Mandatory Competencies

• ALS, Resus and Triage certificates
• BLS competency
• Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK)
• Manual and patient handling
• Infection control
• Aggressive behaviour management
• Mandatory reporting by Registered Nurses, and/or Midwifes for reasonable suspicions of child abuse and neglect
• Medications management including QPHS (Drugs and Poisons) Regulations November 2012
