About the Role

Concord Centre for Mental Health is committed to improving mental health for people and our communities by providing quality mental health services in partnership with consumers, families and service providers by providing quality healthcare, delivery of safe appropriate care, ensuring access to services, supporting our workforce, and working closely with the local community to manage the changing demand for services.

The Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians provide technical support to the Pharmacy Department in all areas of pharmacy practice, including dispensing, production, distribution and clinical activities.

Position Description

Ideal Candidate

  • Completion of a Certificate III (or willing to undertake) or Certificate IV in Hospital/Health Pharmacy Support or relevant qualifications deemed by the Health Administration Corporation to be equivalent; competency in dispensing, non-sterile production and ward distribution; and ability to perform pharmaceutical calculations (Technician Grades only).
  • Recent relevant work experience in pharmacy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
