About us:
New England North West Mental Health Service (NENW MHS) seek a dedicated and passionate Senior Clinical Psychologist who is at the top of their field to join our team in a brand-new Clinical Team Leader position. This Clinical Team Leader will work across the community teams of the New England (NE) arm of the NENW MHS, closely aligned with the Adult MHS. This team has Mental Health Clinicians based at both our Armidale, Inverell, Glen Innes and Tenterfield sites who provide service across the NE catchment using a combination of face to face and telehealth services. This position will be site negotiable between Tenterfield, Glen Innes or Inverell.

This is a newly formed team,and you will have opportunity to be part of further developing the service for NENW. As a new position to the team, you will have opportunity to work with the NE Community Manager, NE Clinical Co-ordinator and the NENW MHS leadership team to develop the position to maximise the effectiveness and enhance the care provided to NE communities.

About the role:
This role will have both clinical and operational responsibilities including Operational management and on-site clinical leadership to the community team based in Glen Innes and Tenterfield, in collaboration with the Community Manager and Clinical Coordinator for New England.
