- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Trials Coordinator in an environment appropriate to the relevant specialty
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and/understanding of the principles and practices of clinical trials and research participation
- Demonstrated and well developed organizational and problem solving skills and demonstrated will developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft (MS) Outlook, Word and Excel with willingness to learn and use electronic medical information, reporting and data capture systems.
- Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace
