Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Hold a current practicing certificate.
- At least 3 years post-registration experience.
- Proven competence in clinical practice and leadership.
- Experience in supervising students, enrolled nurses, and less experienced nurses.
- Ability to support change management and drive education initiatives.
