As a Registered Nurse in our Acute Care, Community Mental Health Team, you will play a vital role in delivering acute mental health assessments and follow-up care within a multidisciplinary team. You will provide evidence-based, time-limited, and person-centred care, ensuring the highest standard of clinical support for individuals facing mental health crises. In this role, you’ll manage individual clinical loads, deliver both individual and group treatment, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care plans. This position involves working on a rotating 7-day roster, offering a dynamic and challenging opportunity to make a real impact on the mental health of your community.
