Our single goal is provide a service that improves the health of rural people and helps communities thrive, and in this role, you’ll grow long-term relationships with patients in the communities helping them access care to so they can manage their health within their own community.

As an important part of the multidisciplinary care team, you’ll deliver nursing care through a flexible service delivery model, both in community and ambulatory settings, whilst supporting a team of enrolled nurses & assistants in nursing.
You will need to communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members, and importantly be an active participant in fostering our culture and lead by the values of collaboration, openness, respect and empowerment.
In a small, close knit team you will be well supported and your dedication will be seen and appreciated. You will be an integral member of the community and you’ll see not only the results of your care, but the appreciation of the community of the role you play in their health.
