We also have after hours position available for GP on moratorium.
Main Description:
Hornsby Fountain Medical Centre has be open 12 years and is in a purpose built site that was renovated in 2023.
We have a 50sq.m 3 bed treatment room set up to provide surgical and emergency care, staffed by 2 RN's per day who are also trained to complete health assessments, chronic disease management plans, childhood immunisations and catch ups, spirometry, ECG, INR, all surgical assistance and wound care.
Our most recent accreditation was August 2024 with AGPAL.
Our services onsite include general practitioners, 2 physiotherapists, 2 psychologist, a full time dentist and DHM collector 6 days.
We use Best practice Software and have a friendly well organised administrative team.
DWS Saturday and Sunday positions are available.
We are a mixed billing practice and also charge private fees for skin checks and procedures, cosmetic and all minor/surgical procedures.
We are conveniently located 100m from Hornsby train station and next door to Westfield. We also have private secure garage parking on site.
