About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Physiotherapy team as a Rotating Physiotherapist, where you will be responsible for the provision of appropriate assessment, treatment, education and health promotion services to women, children, adolescents and their families, to minimises the effects of the presenting disease or disability, and maximises functional capacity.

This position is a part of the Physiotherapy Department rotating staff system and may work across all areas of the health service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills within physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure across multiple clinical areas and to demonstrate effective time management.
  • Knowledge of relevant and contemporary physiotherapy theories and models relating to management of paediatric and women’s health patients.
