About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join our Drug and Alcohol team in Bathurst for a 12-month period. The position will be part of a drug and alcohol pilot project that sits within the Opioid Treatment Program. The successful applicant will join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team to assist vulnerable consumers reach their health care and psychosocial goals in a community outpatient setting.

Bathurst Drug and Alcohol service provides a diverse range of Drug and Alcohol services including Opioid Treatment, Psychosocial Services, Addiction Medicine, Cannabis Clinic and Substance Use in Pregnancy and Parenting services. Geographically, Chifley Clinic offers services to the Bathurst Hub (Mudgee, Bathurst and Cowra).
