Selection Criteria

1. Current AHPRA Pharmacist Registration with no restrictions.
2. Demonstrated high level skills and experience as a clinical pharmacist, including advanced level knowledge of therapeutics (e.g. cardiology, renal, oncology), relevant legislation and ability to apply these skills in practice.
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, manage and lead clinical trial pharmacy services (e.g. setting up, operating, staff training, dispensing, billing and closing trials) across a complex clinical environment that interfaces with a multi-disciplinary team and both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated understanding of aseptic manufacturing aligned with national standards and regulations for compounding injectable products.
5. High level communication skills that include the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
6. Demonstrated commitment to the professional development of clinical trials pharmacy.
7. Demonstrated experience in quality improvement activities that support pharmacy or clinical trial practices.
