Selection Criteria
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
- Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and demonstrated ability to actively contribute to the development of clinical practice.
- Relevant post-registration qualification and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise extended autonomy of decision making capabilities and leadership in the development of nursing specialty clinical practice and Service delivery.
- Commitment to contribute to own and the teams professional development, to act as a resource person and mentor to others within the specialty.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise professional knowledge and judgement in providing assessment requirements of in the specialty field.
