A Eastern VIC hospital requires a Registrar/PHO in Emergency Medicine from 24/06/2024 to 18/07/2024.

03/07 - 05/07 2200-0800
06/07 1300-2300 / 2200-0800
07/07 1300-2300 / 2200-0800
08/07 - 14/07 1300-2300
16/07 - 18/07 2200-0800
Day Shifts & Afternoon Shifts
o PGY3+ Shifts
o Will be on shift with at least one other doctor
o Supported by onsite speciality teams & HMOs within the hospital and Consultants.
o MET call system for all codes
Night Shift (2200-0800)
o PGY3+ shifts
o This doctor is the only doctor on duty in the ED and will be the first responder to all medical cases presenting during these hours.
o There is a medical registrar in the hospital 24/7 who can be called upon for assistance or advice.
o Consultant surgeons, physicians, gynaecologists & paediatricians, GPs and surgical, medical, O&G registrars and Paeds HMO on call.
o MET system in place for all codes.
