Selection Criteria

1. Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics that provides eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
2. Bachelor of Dietetics and eligibility for membership with Dieticians Association of Australia / or registration as a Dietician with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
3. Extensive Clinical experience and knowledge working in relevant clinical settings, providing assessment and interventions in paediatric Dietetics particularly in the infancy and early childhood period for children at risk of or experiencing feeding difficulties or poor nutritional intake.
4. Demonstrated experience working in family partnership to respond to the needs of vulnerable families and the CALD community.
5. Extensive experience in providing clinical consultation and facilitating case reviews/conferences, with use of well-developed interpersonal and conflict resolution skills within a multidisciplinary team.
6. Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence based practice.
7. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, computer competence and ability to use electronic medical records, word processing and databases.
8. Current unrestricted drivers licence and the willingness to use for work purposes.
