A Southern WA hospital requires a Specialist in Psychiatry from 17/06/2024.

SHIFTS:

Full Time Role
Commencing 17th June 2024 for 2-3 months.
Working Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm with on call required

Day rate dependant on experience, registration, and qualifications. Assessment is completed by Medical Workforce Team to determine the final rate offer.

The service provides a range of specialist community, in-patient and call centre based mental health services for people living in the South West.

The Inpatient Unit consists of 30 beds, with 23 beds located on the open ward (Acute Psychiatric Unit), and 7 beds on the secured ward (Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit). In addition to the Inpatient Unit, which is primarily dedicated to servicing individuals experiencing the most acute stage of their psychiatric illness, who cannot be adequately treated in their own homes or in less restrictive settings, South West Mental Health service currently delivers an array of Programs.
