Registrar (PGY 4-5)

  • Tasmania’s largest hospital and the major referral centre, providing acute, sub-acute, mental health and aged care inpatient and ambulatory services; supporting around 250,000 Tasmanians in the southern region; A major clinical teaching and research
  • Flights and accommodation arranged. Vehicle not provided.
  • The role is to support a General Medicine team consisting of consultant support particularly when the team is taking acute admissions with supported ward rounds; there is also an on call physician 24 hours a day; the team also has one other registrar

A Southern TAS hospital requires a Registrar/PHO in Internal Medicine from 06/06/2024 to 12/08/2024.

SHIFTS:

Asap to 12 August 2024
Admitting General Medicine Registrar : shifts 3pm (1500) to 12am (midnight)
On call: NA

May consider Snr RMO (PGY4) depending on general medicine experience.
