  1. Registered as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions
  2. Hospital pharmacy experience with a good working knowledge of the use of clinical applications such as the Cerner electronic medicines management system as CHW has full eMM implementation.
  3. Demonstrable clinical skills including good patient counselling and problem solving abilities.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. The ability to allocate priorities and use initiative where appropriate.
  6. Experience working as an effective team member.
  7. Paediatric experience is required to provide high quality pharmacy services to the specialised paediatric cohort at CHW.
