  1. Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.
  2. Significant postgraduate experience and knowledge in paediatric palliative care
  3. Demonstrated advanced level of clinical skills in paediatric palliative care
  4. Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, (including negotiation and conflict resolution skills) and proven success in multidisciplinary team settings.
  5. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with an ability to work flexibly within clinical and administrative service demands.
  6. Experience in supervision of physiotherapy staff and students
  7. Demonstrated leadership skills in service delivery improvement activities and/or research
