1. Bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent and eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
2. Demonstrated ability to apply advanced clinical reasoning and independent professional judgement when required in solving problems and managing complex paediatric communication and feeding cases.
3. Demonstrated high level skills in time management and organisation.
4. Demonstrated ability and commitment to effectively working in relevant multidisciplinary and speech pathology teams
5. Demonstrated high quality communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with proven ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Current unencumbered Driver's Licence valid to drive in NSW
