What you'll be doing


To provide quality pharmaceutical services to patients mainly at Westmead Hospital, and other facilities of WSLHD such as Parramatta Chest and Sexual Health Clinics when required. Services are provided to patients in an inpatient, out-patient and community setting.

Essential Criteria

Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g Bachelor of Pharmacy
Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA

Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated excellent communication skills
  2. Demonstrated good therapeutic knowledge
  3. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and have good time management skills
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision when required
  5. Willing and able to participate in all aspects of sterile (including cytotoxic drugs) manufacturing
  6. Willing and able to work overtime and weekends and on call as per departmental rosters
