Narrandera Medical Centre is a busy rural practice.   You can also work as a VMO at our local hospital on the on call roster for accident and emergency, or just admitting and caring for your own inpatients.    

Narrandera is a town of around 5,000 on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River, with nature reserves and wildlife to explore - most famously our Murry Cod and koalas.   Located on a highway juncture between Sydney - Adelaide, and Melbourne - Brisbane, we are a manageable drive to each (though Adelaide is 8-9 hours).    We have an airport with regular services to Sydney, and are only 100km from Wagga Wagga, a rural city of 50,000 with most of the highlights of a city that you will want.  From Wagga you can fly with REX, or Qantas and take a connection flight OS.

Enjoy the variety of medicine you can practice in a small town, along with the lack of traffic, the expanse of night sky, and plenty of open space.   Whilst rural incentives and increased bulkbilling incentives exist in our MMM5 area, you can find affordable housing and a more relaxed lifestyle.
