Selection Criteria

1. Current National Registration in Allied Health or Nursing (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Proven recent experience working in Clinical/Aged Care/ Community care service provision.
3. Relevant post graduate qualifications or working towards the same in Management or relevant Management experience.
4. Demonstrated sound knowledge of the Aged Act and Aged Care Principles and current knowledge of commonwealth funded services. Being aware of the Guidelines and legislation that covers this program.
5. Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and manage change.
6. Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in achieving organisational goals.
7. Demonstrated computer literacy and confidence in using Microsoft and health care information systems.
8. Current Class C drivers licence.
