About the role

Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to join the team, overseeing the operational aspects of the Oncology and Haematology inpatient and outpatient department/services and providing expert counsel on pharmacy matters to pharmacy and other clinical staff.

Working closely with other senior roles to support the Director of Pharmacy to ensure the provision of safe and cost-effective medication management focusing on patient centered care to ensuring optimal health outcomes.
