ABOUT THE ROLE:

Summary of the role:

Provide quality, person-centred Physiotherapy clinical careacross acute care including the short-stay unit, ensuring a holistic and multidisciplinary team approach.

  • Further your experience and career! Established learning and supervision framework, fabulous team culture.
  • Grade 2 or 1, (up to 1.0 EFT available) Physiotherapist/s commencing 13/05/24, 0.6EFT permanent plus additional 0.4EFT fixed contract available to 1/9/24.
  • Provides quality, person-centred physiotherapy clinical care to the allocated caseload, ensuring a holistic and multidisciplinary team approach.

ABOUT YOU:

  • AHPRA-recognised degree in Physiotherapy with full, unlimited AHPRA physiotherapy registration
  • Broad and relevant clinical physiotherapy experience ideally in an acute hospital setting including acute inpatient care and ED Short Stay Unit care
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, commitment to person-centred care, ability to adapt and learn quickly, work flexibly within ateam & prioritise competing tasks in a timely manner within a complex work setting
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, friendly, team-oriented, adaptable with positive ‘can do’ attitude, and a philosophy of evidence-based practice

Our services include surgical, medical, maternity, newborn, renal dialysis, emergency, mental health, rehabilitation, aged and palliative care.
