About the role

Northern NSW Local Health District has an exciting career opportunity for a Social Worker - Team Leader to join their team. This role is to provide advanced clinical services, leadership and support as an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
