About the Role:
Monash Children’s Hospital is one of Australia’s leading providers of integrated children’s health services, with more than 30 specialist services and programs. We have Victoria’s largest Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and provide leading paediatric services in many areas including Rehabilitation, Oncology, Diabetes and Eating Disorders.
Dietetics at Monash Children’s provides services to paediatric inpatients, outpatients and Monash Children’s @Home patients across Monash Children’s and Casey Hospitals.
We are seeking a Grade 2 Dietician for a part-time fixed term role. This role will be working 3 days per week primarily in dietetic outpatient clinics and in the Dietary Therapies for Epilepsy service.
A Day in the Life:
As a grade 2 Dietitian with Monash Children’s Allied Health you will:
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues across the service to foster clinical excellence and consistency of practice.
- You will provide comprehensive nutritional assessment and management of paediatric outpatients in our home enteral nutrition and acute feeding clinics as well as inpatients and outpatients in our Dietary Therapies for Epilepsy Service.
- Travel may be required to Casey Hospital
