  1. Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which is accredited as eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia and a valid Australian Drivers Licence (excluding learner driver's licences). If not already in possession, a NSW Drivers Licence must be obtained within 3 months of appointment.
  2. Advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in assessing andmanaging paediatric clients with a variety of communication disorders in a community health type setting.
  3. Demonstrated experience working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, vulnerable and/or at risk communities ensuring the provision of client/family centred care.
  4. Demonstrated experience supervising staff and/or students and commitment to individual and team based professional development and lifelong learning.
  5. Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy and time management.
  7. Demonstrated commitment to EBP and experience implementing EBP into service planning and evaluation of service changes.
